4. Arrival into DSM was successful yesterday. On the docket for today is a trip to Tasty Taco, the most aptly named restaraunt in the world, then home to see Omar. It should be a good day.

9. The other day Moss reported about a lawyer who filed a paper that went off on a federal judge, calling her a "secret Catholic Knight Witch Hunter," among other things. Well, here's the next salvo:

   In a filing Tuesday in the bankruptcy case of the company she heads, Naomi Isaacson refers to U.S. Bankruptcy Judge Nancy Dreher as "Popess Dreher" and asks, "Who does she think she is?"

   She labeled U.S. Bankruptcy Judge Dennis O'Brien a 'dastardly Jesuit' and called the court-appointed bankruptcy trustee a "mindless numbnut (who) would follow church orders with a vengeance."

   That should win some points.

   1. That's weird. Dastardly Jesuit is my DJ name.

      1. That's really weird, because Catholic Knight Witch Hunter is my World of Warcraft character.

       1. Someone less flaky than I should keep a comparison this season between Slowey & Marquis's numbers. I'm guessing Slowey has a similar, if not better, season. Too bad Gardy hates him I guess!

          1. if slowey has a better season at coors than marquis has a target field, then gardy better drop-kick eat his hat.

             1. Especially with Cuddyer patrolling RF at Coors.

    1. Too bad for Spurs, a win would have created space between them and the 4th place team.

14. I hate when fans and columnists suggest that teams purposely lose games (ie: should the Colts lose tonight to guarantee the #1 draft slot). Herm Edwards said it best "You play to win the game!". I could care less about draft position

    1. Even worse is when teams let Mark Madsen take multiple 3-point shots.

    A whopping 50 percent of respondents said they dislike Humphries, a little-known player before his courtship of Kardashian, marriage and separation made him a fixture of gossip pages and websites like TMZ.com

    After Humphries, the most disliked player is LeBron James, at 48 percent, according to the poll. James earned his villain status by bolting the Cleveland Cavaliers for the Miami Heat in the summer of 2010.
