I have a wedding to go to on this, my last day in Yakima, unless anything goes wrong, and a lot of things already have. Moving blows.

Man vs. Deck: Sander Stories. But I have a Cheapbeer in the fridge for later. I'm not quite sure what it is -- the cap has a "d" or "p" or maybe an ampersand on it. New Glarus bottle, non-dark brew.
Man vs. Deck: Hammock Stories. I have a hammock to set up, and beer to drink in it. USA-Colombia will be over in about 45 min., then it's to the deck with me. Luckily, the weather here has broken a bit. It's actually somewhat pleasant here today.
Man vs. Deck: No Stories. Sitting at the kitchen table looking out at the deck. Too blasted out out there. I think I'll catch a nap on the couch.
I ended up getting a cheap hammock-with-stand combo after that discussion last week. I was just out laying in it for a while, even though it's 90 degrees in the shade. Hammocks are cool. Then my kids took it away from me.
Hmmm, not sure what that one might be. The only two I can think of from my last shipment is the English Strong Ale or the Stout.
Greetings from Maple Grove. We got here about the ninth inning of last night's game. My boys had their first real thunderstorm experience. We had to pull over in Albert Lea for about a half-hour to wait out the rain that was so hard we couldn't see to drive on the freeway. The rain had stopped when we got back on the freeway, but we could still see plenty of cloud-to-cloud lightning, mostly off to the east. Junior said he didn't like the flashing, so my wife told him to not look at it, so both boys ended up putting blankets over their heads.
I hope the boys weren't scarred for life, having to spend time in Albert Lea π
I dated a girl from Albert Lea once, which wound up being a life-scarring experience for a number of reasons.
USA Women are up on Colombia 1-0 after a 12th minute goal from Heather O'Reilly.
2-0! Wonderful goal from the sub Rapinoe, great feed from Lauren Cheney
Man, Abby Wambach cannot buy a goal.
3-0 final. US had plenty more chances. It's odd to say after such a win, but I'm a bit disappointed. Should have been at least 5.
Jered Weaver had a pretty impressive start for the Buffalo Blackburns last night in my strat-o-matic league(I name my teams after Twins players whose last name start with the letter B).
Final pitching line:
Blackburns IP H R ER BB SO HR PC ERA
J.Weaver WIN(1-3) 11 0 0 0 0 9 0 134 0.00
Totals 11 0 0 0 0 9 0
Sadly, there was an error in the bottom of the 5th to break up the perfect game. I still would like to think Jack Morris would have been impressed.
Clayton kershaw had 18k's and took the loss
I've been playing on and off for about four years now and that was one of the better pitching matchups I'd seen. It was my first no-hitter, too.
Mo chailín and I are thinking about a trip to the TC on the 16-17th. Today being game 1, Saturday is the 12th game and Sunday the 13th. Thome needs 6 HR for 600. I'm hoping, with no math to back this up, that he can average 1 every 2 games and I'll be there for #600.

Necktat has gall.
Utley HR's off of Perez??
Hmmm.... I'd try the last clip. The Flyin' Hawaiian's RBI.
Ah! Slo-mo shows he's safe, but either way, you don't stick your glove in the umps face. oh, and Necktat is
tallbigOoh, Yankee game. They are never on.
I watched boxing this afternoon. That sure was boring.
Love Wilco, but loathe Deerhoof? Tweedy (and sons) to collaborate with SF rockers on 7".
Love Wilco, but loathe Deerhoof?
Are you talking to me?
As long as Spencer and Sam replace the lead singer, I'm sure I'll love it! π
(The first time I ever heard of Deerhoof is when I saw them open for Wilco so I'm not too surprised by the collaboration.)
I'd fall into this category, too. 6, have you heard the new Wilco tune yet? It is pretty cool.
WGomers, 20 years ago today, Moss' baby sister was killed by a drunk driver. Please don't drink and drive this holiday weekend!
