Man City 6 - 1 Man U this morning. I guess we might have an idea which of the top teams is better now...
Just got back from the pub watching that. Holy $h!t was it an @$$-whooping. Well, the rugby at 10 AM, the Manchester Derby at 2:30, then the West London Derby at 5:00. 10 hours at the pub ~= $25 tab (including lunch). Mauer, I love Prague.
This series is destroying my faith in DVR technology. I should just set it to record until morning for each game.
Instead of doing a star grab and holding this until after twayn week, here is Neil Young and the Arcade Fire performing "Helpless" for the Bridge School Benefit.

I just turned it on. Why don't they wear these unis all the time?
(Well, actually I'd prefer the white analogs of these at home, but that'll never happen, so...)
Also, LSU's uniforms yesterday pointed to a way to have actual sleeve stripes on the modern tight uniforms.
I agree, the purple 'throwbacks' are sweet and should be worn all the time. Also, those LSU jersey were sweet. They looked like the old Vikings away unis. I dont like the new wave of metallic grey college teams are wearing for jerseys and helmets.
It's not true that Christian Ponder has passed Donovan McNabb on the Vikes career passing yards list. It's not going to be true for hours.
I like Ponder a lot better than McNabb. We'll have to wait and see what he can do against a real defense.
