Este 4, Escogido 0 in Este.  Wilkin Ramirez was 2-for-3 with a double for Este.  Deibinson Romero was 0-for-3 for Escogido.

PUERTO RICAN LEAGUE

Ponce 9, Caguas 6 in Caguas.  Angel Morales was 0-for-5 with an RBI for Ponce.  Deinys Suarez got the win for Ponce, allowing three runs on six hits and three walks in five innings.  Aaron Bates was 1-for-4 with a double for Caguas.

Carolina 5, Mayaguez 0 in Mayaguez.  Nelvin Fuentes gave up only a hit batsman in 1.1 scoreless innings, striking out two for Mayaguez.

VENEZUELAN LEAGUE

La Guaira 6, Aragua 4 in Aragua.  Jose Mijares made his season debut for Aragua, giving up two hits but no runs in a third of an inning.
