Is LBR hungry or not? She seems to cry at one point in her sleep that means nothing. Except to me, trying to feed her or not at 2am. Eight days old and she's already messing with me. Share some randomness.

Which version of 'Lucid Dreams'? The single version, or the 8 minute album version that sounds like a different song entirely?
the album version. I enjoy the single version, but love the woozy then second wind of energy feel of the album cut.
I hope FF comes out with a new album this year
I might be corn, but I approve of this list.
Some "Show Me Mary" by Catherine Wheel while I wait for my work VM to finish installs.

I enjoyed that. It has a Rancid 'Ruby Soho' feel to it

Listened to the stream of the new Sleigh Bells album on the NYT site. I'm undecided right now, which is kind of upsetting since I really liked Treats from the word go.
Yeah, I remember hitting up the stream of Treats and listening to it 4 times that day. After one stream of Reign of Terror, I though "well, okay, I guess I'll buy that". It could be more of a grower, but they don't seem like the type of band that would make a 'grower' album.
It's been a while since I've dropped a list...
Flogging Molly, "Every Dog Has Its Day"
Bond, "Scorchio"
Raffi, "Everything Grows"
Kam Moye aka Supastition, "MK Ultra"
Wyclef Jean, "Gone Till November"

Bond, "Dream Star"
Lauryn Hill, "Everything is Everything"
Sarah McLachlan, "Circle"
Fugees reunion!
Almost... I don't see Pras.
I never gave him enough credit, then I check the repository - It turns out he attended Rutgers and Yale.
He was the "Ghetto Superstar" with Mya that re-worked Dolly Parton's "Island in the Stream"

**I know it’s unlikely, but in case you didn’t know about this song.
if you had to click - like I did - you'll find that he was #1 on the "Hot Black Singles" chart in Oct 1986. I don't know why this seemed compelling to me but it did...so there you go
1. Zanzibar Billy Joel
I love the jazz element to that song. The 52nd Street album is top notch, except for that 6 1/2 minute waste of time 'Until the Night'
I forgot my iPod in the car, but haven't had any time to listen to music today anyway. Still, I'd been waiting to share this all week so here you be (warning: very strong language, but hey it's rap):
Killer Mike ft. Bun B, T.I. & Trouble - "Big Beast"
This is from Killer Mike's new album R.A.P. Music which drops in May and is completely produced by El-P. I can't really express how exciting this is for me. Killer Mike is one of the best MCs working today (and if you like this track, definitely go get I Pledge Allegiance to the Grind II and Pl3dge since they're awesome), and El-P is a beast on production. Having them work together is like a dream I didn't even know I had coming true. And this track has me even more hyped for the project than I was initially. It kills.
I love El-P's production. Definitely one of my favorites. I'll probably have to check out that Killer Mike album.

I sat down and gave Burial newest, Kindred, a listen last night. I'm pretty blown away, from the instant the beat starts, you can tell he's gone in a new, more aggressive direction without completely ditching his trademark sound. I may listen to Kindred all day today.
Thanks for the tip. I don't think I've even listened to "Street Halo." I was about ready to give up on him after I got sick of Untrue, which was pretty shortsighted by me, but for some reason my souring on James Blake reinforced writing him off.
