Game summary:  Guasave scored two in the second, one in the third, and two in the sixth.

Guasave:  Juan Delgadillo pitched seven innings, giving up two hits and no walks.  Ivan Araujo was 2-for-3 with a triple, a home run, and a walk, scoring twice and driving in three.

NAVOJOA 1, CULIACAN 0 IN NAVOJOA

Twins:  Gonzalo Sanudo (Navojoa) walked two of the three batters he faced, but gave up no runs in one-third of an inning and got the win.

Game summary:  Matt Esquivel hit a walk-off homer with one out.

Culiacan:  Francisco Campos worked six shutout innings, giving up five hits and two walks.  Marlon Byrd was 3-for-4.

Navojoa:  Hector Velazquez struck out eight in six innings, allowing just two hits and a walk.  Fernando Flores was 3-for-3.

HERMOSILLO 5, LOS MOCHIS 4 IN HERMOSILLO

Game summary:  Hermosillo led all the way, but Los Mochis put the tying run on second with none out and had the bases loaded with two out.

Los Mochis:  Jermaine Curtis (St. Louis) was 4-for-5 with a double and scored once.  Alexis Gomez was 2-for-4 with a home run and drove in two.

Hermosillo:  Luis Borges was 4-for-5 with a run and an RBI.  Todd Cunningham (Atlanta) was 3-for-4 with a walk and an RBI.

MEXICALI 10, OBREGON 1 IN MEXICALI

Game summary:  Mexicali took a 3-0 lead in the third and the game never got closer.

Obregon:  Christian Villanueva (Cubs) was 2-for-3 with a double and a home run.

Mexicali:  Edgar Osuna struck out nine in six innings, allowing just one hit and no walks.  Issmael Salas was 2-for-3 with a walk and a grand slam, scoring twice.
