  1. Man, the hornets suck. OKC went on an 7-0 run to start the game and never led by less. My friend is an OKC supporter so a good time was had by all.

  2. Messi Messi Messi Messi

    Notes:

    1. You need to watch with the volume on
    2. I didn't realize Messi had long hair now
    3. When did Messi get number 19?

    1. That's his famous goal versus Getafe in 2007(ish?). Messi wore 19 when he first started at Barca, then switched to 10 when Ronaldinho left for Milan in '08.

That goal is often compared to Maradona's famous goal against England in the World Cup. No, not that one...this one

It's always mildly blown my mind that both those goals happened in the same game.

        1. There are three or four LCD Sou dsystem songs (Someone Great, All My Friends, etc) are a couple of my favorite songs ever. Most of his other stuff bores/irritates me. I must not be in on the scene jokes or something.

          1. "Daft Punk" and "I'm Losing My Edge" are up there for me with those other two.
I found absolutely nothing interesting on that third and final album.

  3. Everton completely dominates the first half, but wastes numerous scoring chances, and the ref decides not to award two obvious penalties. Then they get outplayed in the second half and lose to Reading. Yuck.

    1. It calls into question the intelligence of a player who takes the word of someone employed by Loria and assumes it is concrete.

      1. It calls into question the intelligence of a player's agent who takes the word of someone employed by Loria and assumes it is concrete.

        FTFY

      2. I think it all boils down to this: free agents will probably avoid South Beach, unless they are desperate for a job.

    1. Ooh, another a chance to cheer against College Park Community College since they stopped being willing to play GW in basketball.

    2. the best thing about this move (if it goes through) that that it means the Gophers are no longer the worst football team in the conference.

      1. Hey I could argue pretty convincingly that Indiana, Illinois and Purdue are worse than the Gophers. #i'mgraspingatstraws

      2. No, the BEST thing about this move (if it goes through) is the opportunity to get rid of the dumbass "Legends" and "Leaders" division names. Just call 'em "East" and "West".

  4. it was a good week for the mighty mighty SEC to play the D-2 cupcakes
Congrats Alabama on winning your 149th National Championship
