I was pretty tired last night, but I was able to successfully ward off the evil don't exercise demons and I trudged down the basement and put in a half hour ride on the Air Dyne. Man, that thing totally kicked my butt. it might have been because I was tired, but usually I expect after five to ten minutes, I can hit a groove and move through the workout. Not this time. I struggled from the beginning to the end, and never felt like I got loose. In a half hour, though, I burned 432 calories, which is a harder pace than the interval training on the recumbent bike at the gym. I really need to ride every possible night when I am here. I still have a long ways to go to get to where I want to be cardio-trainingwise. I just have to keep at it.
I also got a good night's sleep last night, which left me feeling quite good this morning. I will definitely incorporate a nap in this afternoon. For my fitness and well-being, of course.

On Wednesday, I am going to have a guest poster. If you are interested in posting a fitness post, let me know and I'll schedule you a date.
I hate those days where your workouts just don't get off the ground.
Yeah, but completing the workout in those cases gives me a sense of satisfaction, too.
