Game summary:  Magallanes opened the sixth with three consecutive singles, breaking a 1-1 tie.

Magallanes:  Carlos Zambrano pitched five innings, giving up an unearned run on two hits and three walks, striking out four.  Juan Rivera was 2-for-3 with a double and a walk, scoring once and driving in one.

Lara:  Luis Valbuena (Cubs) was 2-for-2 with a double and two walks.  Paulo Orlando (Kansas City) was 2-for-5.
