Twins: Samuel Deduno (Aguilas) gave up three runs (two earned) on three hits and two walks while striking out five in 5.2 innings. Luis Perdomo (Aguilas) gave up one run on no hits and two walks in one inning.
Game summary: Escogido broke a scoreless tie with three in the fifth. Aguilas got two in the bottom of the fifth, but Escogido stretched the lead to 5-2 with single runs in the eighth and ninth. Aguilas got a run in the bottom of the ninth and got the tying run into scoring position with two out.
Escogido: Jose De Paula (San Diego) gave up two runs on four hits and four walks in six innings. Javier Herrera (San Francisco) was 1-for-3 with a three-run homer and a walk.
Aguilas: Elian Herrera (Dodgers) was 3-for-4 with a double and two RBIs. Juan Lagares (Mets) was 2-for-3 and scored once.

Twins: Wilkin Ramirez (Este) was used as a pinch-runner and did not bat. Ray Olmedo (Oriente) was 1-for-4 and scored once. Drew Butera (Oriente) was 0-for-4.
Game summary: Estrellas scored in the sixth to go ahead 2-1 and got an insurance run in the seventh. Este closed to within one in the ninth and had the bases loaded with two out.
Este: Donell Linares was 2-for-4. Jose Constanza (Atlanta) was 1-for-3 with two walks.
Oriente: Omar Javier (San Francisco) allowed one run on five hits and three walks in 5.2 innings. Christian Marrero was 1-for-1 with three walks and scored once.
