Well guys I guess sometimes acheiving your dreams is easier said than done. I have had a few Setbacks here at triple A and I guess I am not quite Ready to join the boys up with the Twins. It sucks and maybe the Old Me would have let the darkness creep back in but the New Me is all about positivity. Coach Glynn told me not to be discouraged because I have the “stuff” to make it in the big leagues, and I said “You don’t have to tell me, I know I have the “stuff,” I just have to believe in myself more and really Let It Fly.” He kind of laughed a little and gave me a long look and then sighed and said “You got it kid.” I like Coach Glynn a lot and I’m going to miss him when I get called up, but I like Coach Gardenhire too even though he can be intimidating but you always know that he is in your corner fighting for you.

I have been loosening up a little more and enjoying myself down here with the Red Wings, it’s been a great clubhouse atmosphere since The Vanimal joined us. He is a really fun dude, always joking around and doing pranks like last night he blew two big bubbles out of gum and then stuck them on his glasses and said “I’ve got alien eyes!” and it cracked me up. Brian says that Vance is “ a ****ing stupid clown” but I think he’s a blast to be around because he can make you laugh without getting too raunchy.

Speaking of Brian I finally told him that I might not be on time with next month’s Rent check due to a few things, and suggested that maybe Cassandra could chip in since she is staying there. He got really angry and said “Don’t ever mention that ****ing name again, I swear to G-d Cole” so I don’t know what has been happening with him but I guess Cassandra isn't staying there anymore which is definitely for the Best. I always know it’s serious when he uses my real name instead of calling me Vreezy, and I thought for a second that he was crying and I asked him if he wanted to talk about anything and he said he didn’t have time because a “Whole busload of *****es is coming over to make a mess” lol same old Brian.

Anyway guys life in the Pros is complicated sometimes and you have to “roll with the punches” as my Dad likes to say, and I know it’s only a matter of time before I am back in the Majors pitching for the playoffs. The boys on the Twins have gotten some big wins lately but they had a tough loss at home last night and face a big series against the Division Leaders this weekend and I know they could use my help so I just have to keep working hard and saying motivated to acheive Success.
