The cribbage tournament bracket can be found here. I'll update it as players let me know what happened. The site is this one and you can start signing up and getting set to play if you didn't last night.

I was reading an article on the hall of fame caps (or lack thereof) for Maddux and LaRussa, and found this gem of editing:
At first I was surprised to see Maddux not going in as a Brave, but I didn't realize he had quite that many seasons in total with the Cubs.
Tried to launch the cribbage app this morning, and it's telling me that security settings have blocked an untrusted application from running. It's not a McAfee message. I'm running the latest Java version. Any idea?
Their front page has instructions on how to change your security settings to fix this, though I haven't tried yet.
ah -- didn't see the other instructions. back up and running again
you were just trying to dodge me, weren't you?
I did reset my Java security as described (and validated my email address), but the app still is not launching for me. I just get prompts to download certain files for which I have (?) no application to run locally.
you're not just trying to dodge me, are you?
Java is the "application" that will run the download file for you.
yea, I had to update Java to get it to run.
You will go down. You will go down haaaaaard.
xkcd reads the WGOM!
Or the original article.
MLB.com released their top 100 prospects yesterday. Buxton #1, Sano #4, Meyer #28, Stewart #40, and Berrios #90. It's 2014 now and it will be fun to watch.
I hope they stick with Hicks. I doubt he will ever hit for a high average but he can still be a decent player.
Dido
I think whether or not they stick with Hicks will depend in large part on how he handles himself in spring training.
It'd help if they ALSO had someone else who could bat leadoff and play CF so Gardy can have a good backup plan.

It'd help if you ALSO had a link that actually worked so I had a good idea what you were getting at. 😛
not sure if
Buxton is ready we're ready for Buxton yetHuh, no idea why that didn't work. Really takes the snark out of the comment, eh?
no close > on the a tag
They stuck with Dozier, who wasn't nearly as high a prospect as Hicks. Plus, look how long they have stuck with Parmelee and Plouffe, two former first-round draft picks with contact problems and neither of them is anywhere near as good defensively.
Right. I think one bad year does not a bust make, especially when skipping AAA, and the Twins should know that. Everyone should know that.
Jack Morris will be back on Minnesota Twins airwaves in 2014, working for FSN, TIBN, and KTWIN.
I never thought I'd say this, but bring back the WASTE.
someone has to replace Ron Coomer.
Kind of wish FSN would find a player who played in the 2000s.
I hope in the 2030s we have Carlos Gomez in the TIBN booth.
If the Twins were to hire GoGo to broadcast games en español, I would learn to habla.
4 minutes of own goals and accompanying statistics
Conquer Internet headline hyperbole.
This is figuratively the most above-average plugin idea I've read in the last half-week.
Small-Geographic-Area-With-A-Handful-Of-Outliers Average Online Magazine?
or pamphlet, at least
more like a bulletin board, really.
Can someone get a banner with "The SGAWAHOOAOM" on it, stat?
Ooh. With pictures of a few of us looking mildly interested in an unseen curiosity, maybe.
here's this for now. a bulletin board seemed too highbrow.
Not that I'll get one, but YES!!!!!
I love those 84 blues.
Holy moly. I know what I want for Christmas. This also explains why the front office couldn't pull the trigger on firing gardy.
Also, Chuck Knoblauch is a now a Twins HoFer.
Whoop!
things do go right eventually
Endless summer. Be careful what you wish for.
In the "Holy crap" and "random" category, the water filter that kills.
I was working on something like "Nephros Water Filtration? More like NECROS Water Filtration," but it was too dumb and I decided to spare everyone. You're welcome!
Looking at the comments on any of the Knoblauch HOF postings is enough to make me cry. How in God's green earth can anyone question why Knoblauch was inducted and not Gladden? Knobby leads in EVERY stat, whether it's counting or SABR, and in awards bling of which Dazzle has none. Gladden has one more ring, but it just so happens that '87 and '91 were his worst seasons (below average) with the Twins, I doubt I'll see one reasonable argument contrary.
I think at this point, Dan Gladden goes into the Twins HoF as a 'contributor' since he has spent more than double his Twins time in the radio booth than he did on the field.
1. In general, people are pretty dumb.
2. We likes our media celebrities
3. See #1
Have we discussed this Twins preview??
Alex Presly the projected starting CFer? Suzuki the projected starting C??? Uhhhhhh. Mauer "nowhere near the superstar he was five years ago"?? Mmmkay.
Because TR.
Apparently, finishing behind the Twins is still good enough to get you an extension.
Just because

This is the one I'll always remember:

I loved how Hawk was silent for like 45 seconds while Thome was rounding the bases.
After the HR, the camera were in the middle of the scrum. I wonder who was screaming 'I LOVE YOU! I LOVE YOU!'?
6-0. This game is OVER!
Shveddy balls!
First team to 125 wins.
