I've been a little ragged the past few weeks, but I don't work until tonight and the early-rising daughter is at a friend's house. If there's any justice, I'll be sleeping as you read this.

I think the "New York media pressure" thing is crap and that the "change of scenery" that is going to help him is "normal ballpark dimensions", but maybe not being in New York will help the guy in this case.
Yeah I don't think the New York media is any more awful to players than any other city's media. Nor the fans. I think some players may put extra pressure on themselves playing for New York in New York, but if Hughes is awful in Minnesota he's going to get plenty of pressure
I don't know. I sure as hell would much rather play for any AL or NL central or West team or even the Mets or BoSox than the Yanquis.
Yanks fans and the columnists seem so entitled to championships.
And I'd have to shave.

Took me 5 hours to get this
Bathroom sink faucet is out of control. I think has a lot of sand/materiel in it. Was going to go to H.Depot and get a new filter/insert but thot I would ask this crowd if there was a good way to clean out the one I have. Thots?
Unscrew the aerator, rinse it off, reassemble? Or do you mean something else?
A tape wrench (or whatever they're called) is supposed to help keep you from gouging the thing up, but I didn't have one until after I really marred the last one up.

If the screen is crusty, soak it in vinegar and clean it with an old toothbrush.

So there is a hockey game being played right now in Dodger Stadium. Oh did I also say that there is beach volleyball going on at the same time? How about that Kiss was the pre-game entertainment? Oh and there was yoga going on during the Kiss performance.
And it was also the Super Bowl and it was also in New Jersey.
