Appalachian League Preview

The Appalachian League starts tonight!

There are ten teams in the Appalachian League.  They are divided into two divisions, East and West.  The top two teams in each division move into the playoffs.  Each round of the playoffs is best-of-three.  The teams play a sixty-eight game schedule.

Twins players of note include Dallas Gallant, Stephen Gonsalves, C. K. Irby, Kuo Hua Lo, Hein Robb, Nick Gordon, Javier Pimentel, and Dereck Rodriguez.
