Oh, hi. It's my week already? Why didn't someone warn me?

Anyway, I'll start off the week with the stripped down version of what has become by far the most played song of the summer for me. It doesn't quite have the inertia of the original, but it's pretty nice, in its own right.

The album is full of stuff that sounds kind of like CHVRCHES mixed with a more atmospheric M83. "Honest Affection" isn't necessarily representative of the whole of it, but both the single and the album are quite good.

  2. That wasn't bad. There were definite moments in there that I liked quite a bit. I'll probably seek out the version with more inertia.
