A combined no-hitter (over three weeks) for Rochester! A near no-hitter for Elizabethton! A wild ending in the GCL!
ROCHESTER 3, DURHAM 0 IN DURHAM (COMPLETION OF SUSPENDED GAME)
Batting stars: James Beresford was 3-for-4 with a double, scoring once and driving in one. Doug Bernier was 2-for-5 with two doubles and two runs.
Pitching stars: Trevor May had started this game before it was suspended, striking out three in three innings and giving up no hits and two walks. Logan Darnell pitched the final six innings and gave up no hits and one walk with five strikeouts. Yes, indeed, it was a combined no-hitter in a suspended game. That's probably happened before, but I can't remember hearing about it.
Opposition stars: Alex Colome struck out four in four innings, allowing one run on five hits and no walks.
The game: Beresford singled in Bernier in the third to give Rochester a 1-0 lead before the game was suspended. Chris Colabello singled in Beresford in the sixth to make it 2-0 and doubled by Bernier and Josmil Pinto made it 3-0 in the eighth. Darnell faced the minimum eighteen batters over his six innings, giving up a one-out walk in the ninth which was followed by a double play.
Of note: Pinto was 1-for-4 with a double and an RBI. Colabello was 1-for-2 with an RBI. Pedro Florimon was 0-for-4.
ROCHESTER 5, DURHAM 4 IN ROCHESTER (SCHEDULED GAME--7 INNINGS)

Pitching star: Lester Oliveros struck out four in two shutout innings, giving up a walk.

The game: Colabello homered leading off the second and Doug Bernier later contributed a two-run single to make it 3-0 after two. Pinto tripled in two in the fourth to give Rochester a 5-0 lead. In the fifth, Durham got two singles and a hit batsman to load the bases and Myers hit a two-out grand slam to cut the lead to 5-4. The Bulls did not get a hit after that, however, as their only baserunner came on a leadoff walk in the seventh. They did not advance the man past first base.
Of note: Bernier was 1-for-4 with two RBIs. Aaron Hicks was 1-for-3 with a walk and a run. Pedro Florimon was 1-for-2 with a walk. Starter Virgil Vasquez pitched well for four innings, but his line reads five innings, four runs, five hits, one walk, one strikeout.

The game: Buxton hit a two-run homer in the first. Diaz doubled in a run in the bottom of the first to cut the lead to 2-1, but Fort Myers go the run back in the second on two singles, a walk, and a hit batsman. That was pretty much the end of the Miracle offense, though, and Palm Beach eventually came back. Fort Myers put men on second and third with one out in the sixth but could not tie the score. Palm Beach was batting in the seventh with a man on first with none out when play was stopped.

An error put the Twins up 5-2 going to the bottom of the eighth. The Rays then put together a six-run inning. The first run scored on an error, Ford hit a two-run double, Christian Knott singled in one, and two more scored on Oscar Sanay's single-plus error. The Twins trailed 8-5, but more than made up for it with a nine-run ninth. The first run scored on a bases-loaded walk, Polanco had an RBI single, Ariel Montesino doubled in two, Guzman had a two-run single, and Minier capped the inning with a three-run homer. The Rays scored one in the bottom of the ninth and had the bases loaded with two out, but that was as close as they could come.

In the bottom of the sixth, two walks were followed by a two-run double by Jermaine Palacios to put the Twins up 2-0. They scored two more in the seventh on RBI doubles by Molina and Luis Martinez. MiLB on the no-hitter. I don't see any mentions about other suspended no-hitters. Would be strange to find out you were part of a no-hitter three weeks after you participated in the game.
