Opposition stars:  Russ Canzler was 3-for-5 with a home run (his second) and two runs.  Chris McGuiness was 2-for-4 with a walk and two RBIs.

The game:  Three singles and a wild pitch plated two runs for the IronPigs in the first and they built a 4-0 lead in the top of the third.  The Red Wings came back, getting single runs in the third, fourth, and sixth to make it 4-3.  Four more singles scored two IronPigs runs in the seventh to make it 6-3, but Ortiz hit a two-run homer in the eighth to cut the lead to 6-5.  Ramirez followed with a one-out double, but the last five Red Wings batters were retired.  The IronPigs had thirteen hits, twelve of them singles.

The game:  Harrison's two-run double in the first put the Lookouts up 2-1.  RBI doubles by Heiker Meneses and Buxton in the fourth made it 5-1.  The Biscuits got four in the fifth to tie it 5-5, but Mike Gonzales had a two-run double in the bottom of the fifth and Harrison had another two-run double as part of a three-run sixth that gave the Lookouts a 10-5 lead.  The Biscuits again came back, getting three in the eighth and one in the ninth to make it 10-9.  They had the tying run on first with one out in the ninth, but a double play ended the game.

The game:  Swim singled in a run in the top of the first, but the Hammerheads got it back in the bottom of the first on a single and a single-plus-error.  Doubles by Goodrum and Quesada put the Miracle back on top 2-1 in the top of the second, but a single, a walk, an error, and a sacrifice fly gave the Hammerheads a 3-2 lead in the bottom of the second.  And that was it for the scoring.  The Miracle threatened in the third, seventh, and eighth, but could not bring home the tying run.

J. White to end the game.
