The game:  Two doubles, a walk, and an error produced two third-inning runs for the Twins to give them a 2-0 lead.  A pair of errors gave them a 3-0 lead after five.  Melendez had an RBI double in the seventh to get the Rockies on the board, but the Twins got in back in the eighth on a hit batsman, a single, and two walks.  The Rockies did not get a hit the rest of the way.
