I used leftover roast chicken (a breast and meat from two drumsticks), so I really only did the sauce part. I only had about half a cup of cream, so I topped off with half-n-half. And I used two chopped serranos and a half tsp of really hot chile powder in addition to the paprika. My wife is allergic to cinnamon, so I make my own garam masala.
Next time, I would leave the hot chile out and up the cream. Also, I used a small can of tomato paste and a standard can of chopped tomatoes.
For Brooks
That man is amazing, isn't he?
Not for some people.
Who? Brooks?

First night of Hanukkah tonight. Our first as empty nesters. I made chicken tikka masala. Looking forward to seeing the kids in a couple weeks.
Mmmm, tikka masala.
I made it a wee bit too spicy, but it was good.
Care to share the recipe?
