Oh, snap. I was supposed to get out to a few shows.

Minor Details will be taking a few days off. No emergency, I just will be out of town and mostly away from the internet for a few days. If all goes as expected, Minor Details will return Monday morning. I probably won't make up the days I miss, so if anyone else wants to cover them, go for it.
Yesterday Rhu_Ru asked if we could name all ten players who have played for the Twins and slugged 300 or more homers in their career. I'll go the gopheritis route today:
Who are the nine pitchers who have played for the Twins and surrendered 300 or more home runs over their careers?
Seeing the last two, I should have gotten Tiant (I was just reading about his stay with the Twins a month or two ago), but I never would've gotten Lohse.
Ramos didn't show up on the Play Index search I ran. I limited it to the Expansion Era to keep the list manageable – I wonder if that eliminated all his pre-1961 stats? The PI tool can be really opaque sometimes.
So, apparently Perry was eliminated because 45 of his 308 HR allowed were surrendered in the 1959 & 1960 seasons. That and Ramos explains the difference in our lists (and sheds light on how the era filters in PI work - or don't). I took them to include any Expansion era player's career totals. Apparently it actually limits career totals to only stats accumulated during the Expansion era, even if the career extended beyond it.

How about...
Actually...
Ooooh, good one! Wild guesses:
and, without a doubt,
Huh, I would have also guessed Rick Reed. I swear there was a game I went to where he made it almost halfway there...
Anyone else planning to be at today's game? Fingers crossed the rain holds off until later in the day.
New Lydia Loveless album has dropped on NPR Music First Listen. That's my lunch date.
The 844 returned to the tracks last month.
I was expecting Jesse Crain.
Apparently were home owners(!). Everything is in and we close on Monday.
Congrats. When does hurricane season start?
June 1st. Thanks for asking, Doc.
Nice. Congrats, meat.
Congrats man! Best of luck on Monday, and I hope you love it.
As in, I hope you love home ownership itself, not, like, "it's yours now so you'd better love it or else."
Congrats, meat!
Is there room for a smoker? A hungry Citizenry turns its eyes to you.
so much this.
Congrats meat! Owning a home has done wonders for my todo list!
