The mass media suh-huck. Clearly they have not paid enough attention to topological issues. It's a Nobel cause.

I am grilling chicken tonight and plan to make a variation of this (with broccoli) as the accompaniment.
Reliever going third inning for first time in his career? That has never gone wrong.
Step 2: Bring in Jesse Orosco
Step 3: ????
Profit?
So, will this be Britton all over again?
Blue Jays brought in Osuna in the ninth but Dyson sits on the bench still.
One of the TV(?) guys described Gomez as having a plus arm and accurate. Huh.
Set up the double play only to muff it and hobbling Donaldson imitates Hosmer with success.
Did anyone ever put our predictions on a spreadsheet? I think I'm 3 for 3 and riding Cleveland and Cubs too.
Creating it now.
Here it is. Still need to add points and noting correct and incorrect predictions.
A little song for Rangers fans
I feel a little bad for Adrián Beltré.
He has one more year on his contract. He will be 38 next year and I have to think he might end it then. Then again, he did just have a six-win season at 37. He's a lock to surpass 3000 hits next year. Another year after that could have him top 500 home runs and perhaps 100 rWAR.
I hope Beltré plays a few more years. The glove seems to still be there: UZR/150 has 2016 as his best year since 2012; DRS puts it second-best since 2010. So he shouldn't need to move off third if he doesn't want to shift over to first or DH. He topped .200 ISO for the first time since 2012 and posted his lowest K% since 2011. Barring a pretty precipitous decline for some reason, I think he's got room to gradually decline over several seasons while still being a valuable part of a contender.
