Biggest series of the season (to date) and no Berrios and Santana. Oofta.

Breslow is allowed to get more than one out is kind of shocking.
Wasting a good relief outing on a game that's out of hand doesn't shock me
8 run inning time!
Well, that particular starting experiment looks like a failure
Way too early to make that determination, not that I would be surprised if the Twins did. Jose Berrios had an 8.02 ERA last year. Andrew Albers threw 17 1/3 scoreless innings in his first 2 starts. Just way too small a sample size. That being said, I still wonder why we are subjected to the Nik Turley's and the Adam Wilk's in the organization when Stephen Gonsalves and Fernando Romero are heating up in AA. And why they are still in AA when we keep calling up pitchers to the majors from AAA.
We drafted Jose and brought him through the ranks, so I think we had just an inkling of what he should be able to do. You're right though, Turley's ERA should be more like a respectable 6.00
