Mentioning this song might be somewhat macabre given the circumstance, but I absolutely love Tom's performance on the Traveling Wilburys' "End of the Line." With the soaring voices of Harrison, Lynne, and Orbison on the other verses, his lower, twangy voice keeps the song rooted; it's the perfect complement to the rest of that group. I dig the message, too, and listen to the song probably once a month. Travel easy, Charlie T; jam it up with Lefty & Nelson at the end of the line.
I was listening to some songs this morning. Played "Walls" and lost it a bit at the line "Some things are over/Some things go on/Part of me you carry/Part of me is gone".
