ARIZONA FALL LEAGUE
Twins: LaMonte Wade was 3-for-4 with a home run and a double. Chris Paul was 1-for-4. Tyler Jay pitched just two-thirds of an inning, giving up two runs on three hits and a walk. Ryan Eades pitched 1.1 scoreless innings, giving up two hits.
MESA 7, SURPRISE 6 IN MESA
Mesa scored four runs in the bottom of the ninth to pull out the win. Jason Vosler's (Cubs) two-run triple brought home the tying and winning runs. Daniel Johnson (Washington was 3-for-5 with a double to lead Mesa. Wade was 3-for-4 with a home run and a double for Surprise.
SALT RIVER 10, GLENDALE 4 IN GLENDALE
Glendale took a 3-0 lead in the first inning, but Salt River scored four in the fourth and four more in the fifth to take control of the game. Monte Harrison (Milwaukee) was 3-for-5 with a grand slam and a three-run homer, giving him seven RBIs. Peter Mooney (Miami) was 3-for-4 with a walk. Brian Mundell (Colorado) was 3-for-5. For Glendale, Tito Polo (White Sox) was 4-for-5, Francisco Mejia (Cleveland) was 4-for-5, and Yusniel Diaz (Dodgers) was 3-for-3 with three RBIs.
PEORIA 2, SCOTTSDALE 0 IN SCOTTSDALE
Michael Chavis (Boston) hit a two-run double in the eighth and that was all the runs there were. T. J. Zeuch (Toronto) pitched five shutout innings, giving up three hits and four walks with no strikeouts. For Scottsdale, Mickey Jannis (Mets) pitched four shutout innings, giving up one hit and two walks with three strikeouts.
VENEZUELAN LEAGUE
Twins: Anderson Munoz (Zulia) pitched a perfect inning. Edwar Colina (Magallanes) pitched two-thirds of an inning, giving up no runs on no hits and one walk.
LA GUAIRA 4, ZULIA 0 IN LA GUAIRA
La Guaira got one in the third and three in the seventh. Isaias Tejeda was 3-for-4. Antonio Noguera struck out five in three shutout innings, giving up one hit and one walk.
ANZOATEGUI 5, MAGALLANES 1 IN MAGALLANES
A three-run fifth gave Anzoategui a 4-0 lead and they never led by less than three. Luis Domoromo was 3-for-3 with a home run and two walks. Erick Castillo was 3-for-3. Oriel L. Caicedo pitched four innings, giving up one run on four hits and no walks with no strikeouts. Samir Duenez and Andres Blanco were each 3-for-4 for Magallanes. Drew Gagnon pitched four innings, giving up one run on three hits and four walks with two strikeouts.
CARACAS 10, LARA 4 IN LARA
Lara led 4-1 after five and 4-2 after six, but Caracas scored four in the seventh, three in the eighth, and one in the ninth. Wilfredo Tovar was 4-for-5 with a double. Seth Frankoff struck out five in three innings, giving up one run on three hits and a walk. Rangel Ravelo was 3-for-4 for Lara. Cesar Jimenez pitched three innings for Lara, giving up one run on two hits and two walks with one strikeout.

CULIACAN 3, JALISCO 2 IN CULIACA (11 INNINGS)
Sebastian Elizalde's infield single brought home the winning run in the eleventh. Jose Manuel Orozco was 2-for-4 with a triple. Daniel Rodriguez struck out nine in six innings, giving up two runs on four hits and three walks. Chad Gaudin (remember him?) pitched two shutout innings.
MAZATLAN 6, LOS MOCHIS 0 IN MAZATLAN
Mazatlan scored two in the first and three in the second to make it get late early for Los Mochis. Esteban Quiroz was 3-for-3. Gilberto Galaviz was 3-for-4. Mitch Lively pitched six shutout innings, giving up four hits and one walk with five strikeouts.
HERMOSILLO 5, OBREGON 2 IN HERMOSILLO
Hermosillo built a 5-0 lead with two in the first, two in the third, and one in the fifth. Jason Bourgeois was 3-for-4 with a double and a walk. Hunter Dozier was 2-for-4 with a home run, his third. Chandler Shepherd struck out six in six innings, giving up one run on one hit and no walks.
MEXICALI 6, NAVOJOA 3 IN MEXICALI
Navojoa scored three in the first but Mexicali came back in the middle innings, getting one in the fourth, two in the fifth, and three in the sixth. Leo German was 3-for-4 for Mexicali. Jesus Castillo was 3-for-5 with a double for Navojoa.
DOMINICAN LEAGUE
Twins: Carlos Paulino (Gigantes) was 0-for-3 with a walk.
ESCOGIDO 3, AGUILAS 1 IN ESCOGIDO
The Aguilas got one in the first, but Escogido tied it in the fifth and took the lead with two in the sixth. Will Castro was 3-for-3 with a home run. Wilkin Castillo was 3-for-3. Those were the only six hits Escogido had. Mike Mayers pitched six innings for Escogido, giving up one run on three hits and a walk with five strikeouts. Francisley Bueno pitched five innings for the Aguilas, giving up one run on four hits and a walk with three strikeouts. Zoilo Almonte hit a home run for the lone Aguilas run.
GIGANTES 10, ORIENTE 6 AT GIGANTES
The Gigantes led 3-0, 6-4, and 7-5, but needed three in the eighth to put the game away. Garabez Rosa was 3-for-4 with a home run and a double. Fernando Tatis, Jr. was 3-for-3 with a double for Oriente.
LICEY 6, ESTE 4 IN ESTE
Este scored three in the fourth, but Licey came back with four in the sixth and two in the seventh. Juan Francisco was 3-for-5 with a double. Bryan Evans struck out eight in five shutout innings for Este, giving up four hits and no walks.
