The Vikings/Bears matchup could actually be a good game tonight. Fans are starting to get cocky around here with their first tastes of success in years. As a Vikings fan, I already know how everything will end so I just enjoy the ride before the inevitable crash.

Cant be any worse than the last 7 coaches they have cycled through

I don't care about her political bent, this is foolishness.
Unless....
they are looking for a two-fer here... a little positive publicity for including women and that interview would satisfy the Rooney rule.
If that's the case, this is cynicism.
Flew into Minny earlier today, swam and shvitz'd at the JCC by the airport, then thoughts turned to lunch. NBBW craving a burger, we thought we'd go to Muddy Pig (closed). So she's scouting out some other ideas in the area - went to Red Cow (30 minute wait, no place to stand for beers), then to the Happy Gnome, same deal. So screw the hipstah scene, we ended up at Sweeney's (man it's been years) - no wait, good tap beer list, and quick burgers (mine had carmelized onions and melty blue cheese, yummo. Selby/Dale area used to be rough and tumble, now its wearing plaid.
The change at Shelby/Dale over last 20 years is striking. I don’t know anywhere else in Twin Cities experienced such a transformation.
Either side of the river in downtown MPLS. I lived at 100 N 1st St for 5 years, and right across the Hennepin Bridge at 226 E. Hennepin Ave for over a decade. Neither area is recognizable from it's 90's incarnation.
