If the Twins can win 2 World Series with Dan Gladden starting in left field and 2 division titles with Delmon Young starting in left field (what is it about left field?), then I guess there's still hope for the Wolves with Wiggins.
Sounds like Swizzlestick is going to be included in that Mariners-Mets big trade (Cano and Diaz and cash to the Mets for prospects, Swizzlestick and Jay Bruce).
Some personal news: After eight seasons covering the Twins, I'll be coming home to be the Angels beat reporter for @MLB.com. It's bittersweet because I loved my time in Minnesota and met so many incredible people, but I'm excited to be closer to my family and start a new chapter.
He'll be moving much closer to me but I'll be reading far less of his work because I hate the Angels.
Against the Gophers tonight, Oklahoma State was 10 of 19 from 3, but just 12 of 24 from the free-throw line. I'm waiting for someone to try having these players stand farther back when shooting free throws.
The guys missing free throws were mostly not the same guys who were making threes.
I think Drake and NDSU were about 85% on FT tonight so I don't think it was the venue.
Grossman off the team? Would have expected a Co'C headline of "The End"
Yep. Grossman will be nontendered. The only Twins player to be nontendered.
Cano likely returning to NY. Swazzlesocks is caught up in the mix.
Easier for him to catch Bigfoot in Seattle than in Queens.
Andrew Wiggins is butt.
