Hope everyone gets a good box or whatever this holiday is.

Philosofette seems to have had a good appendectomy. It's a boxing day miracle! Or routine, I suppose.
I hope her recovery is speedy & her spirit resilient. A surgery can be a hurdle for an entire family; you’ll all be in my prayers.
😲
Well, I hope they got that issue tied up.
Ouch. Best wishes for her speedy recovery.
Had been wondering about this. Thanks for the update and best wishes on recovery!
We have a Cardinal that is smacking into the first floor windows, leaving what is either blood or highbush cranberry stains on the window.
I scare him a way once in a while, but he is always back, either 1) attacking his own image in the window, or2) using the window to break whatever is in his beak (i.e. Cardinal mix from the feeder). Any ideas what he is doing?
has it been warm there? are the cranberries on the ground fermenting? *hint hint*
Spent yesterday morning walking through the Pergamon.
This Ishtar was not a bust. Also, the Miletus Market gate was fantastic. And the Mshttah Facade was ... wow. Unfortunately the Pergamon Altar itself is closed for renovations and won't reopen until 2023.
Today, we are doing the Altes and maybe one other.
I had hoped to tour the Reichstag building. Unfortunately, reservations are required and there are no time slots available for a week. 🥺
