I leave today, which is yesterday for you. Also, I arrive two hours before I left. Whatever...

Newbish likes listening to music as he falls asleep, so we've got a CD player in his room so he can listen to nice, soothing lullabies.
The CD player portion of the rig stopped working today, but it (surprisingly) has a tape deck. So tonight, Newbish is being serenaded by the sweet sounds of the only instrumental cassette tape I was able to find on short notice -- the soundtrack to Star Trek VI: The Undiscovered Country.
Great soundtrack, but not exactly calming. He doesn't seem to mind
We have an Echo that plays instrumental Disney songs to the Notorious every night at bedtime.
For the last couple of years or so, the jalapeno has listened to storytelling podcasts. My favorite is Little Stories for Tiny People, but new episodes aren't added all that often so he also listens to What If World a lot. He also has a white noise player going all night.
His original white noise machine (from when he was a baby) died quite a while back, and I do recall a little panic about getting a replacement as soon as possible.
