Sorry for the late start, gang. I was caught up in the magic and whimsy of Boxing Day!

Hoping everyone had a joyful holiday. I got a sweater, socks, an electric toothbrush, and a beard grooming kit. I'm taking the hint and working on my grooming habits and appearance.
Couple pair of pants here, plus a gift certificate to the local baseball card shop. The joke is that it's the same gift certificate, that Mrs. Runner buys back each December.
My wife got me a beard grooming kit as well....two days after I shaved my beard.
My wife would never purchase me a beard grooming kit as she is not really happy with me for growing a beard out... at all. I have been clean shaven maybe twice since we got married, so yeah... I am a bit of a stinker.
What did she do with her set of ornamental combs?
USA Curling hat
First Avenue Coffee Table Book
New running watch
Backgammon
Karuba
I was gonna chime in with "Nothing", but then I remembered this swell present that a friend dropped off last week.
There's another quality wall covering
Love this! My birthday is April 22, and I have a Bob Marley One Love Concert poster for April 22, 1978. Would love to have one of these to add to the "collection".
A quick Google search suggests this was 1967. Also, get a load of those ticket prices.
showed it to my dad; he said he went to the same show in LaCrosse in 1971
Kinda funny to hear Sweet Caroline on the PA at the end of the Arsenal/Chelsea game.
My wife got the whole family black and red flannel pajamas. I put my foot down and said no family photo on social media of us all wearing the same pajamas. Turns out a lot of families on my social media feeds got the exact same pajamas and posted family pics. Got a good laugh out of that one.
Otherwise, typical Dad gifts for this guy. I was just more grateful that I got a full day and a half with just the 4 of us hanging out.
I got a robe.
And a hose and a can of beer, IIRC.
On the grill and in the oven. Made both pork Wellington and the pinwheel of doom. Slight changes to both. Roasting carrots and broccoli. Listening to the surf crash. It’s a weird Christmas.
My better half bout me an enameled cast iron brazier and a beautiful small cabinet radio. I’ve been lusting after a sangean radio for my studio for a long time, and im taking the hint to spend more time there now.
Jesus. Bout me.
We knew what you meant. Creole for "threw at"
The Mrs. & I don't exchange gifts, but we are getting together with friends next week to have a late Christmas and exchange gifts. I expect many bigfoot themed items.
