Well, that nonsense at the end of the Twins game certainly cut the bite of that rough T-Wolves loss.

What is it about this team that brings out the circus performances from their opponents. They're going to want to have a Bag o' Peanuts Giveaway promotion.
I’m only just seeing that play now. I had no idea they came back and won.
I went from "ugh, Sano" to "whoa, Twins win!" in record time.
I like to think of it as "good, aggressive baserunning that put pressure on the other team and forced them into a mistake."
Lololol. Ditto!
I'll buy that framing.
How about them Minnesota Twins?
😛
You got that right!
It helped dull the sting of that Wolves game. As did seeing that the White Sox are up to 8 in a row now.
After watching the Twins, Loons*, Wild and Wolves collectively win the weekend, as a Minnesota sports fan, I should have known better than to expect a different outcome yesterday. The only win resulted from a “decision” that, objectively, should have led to a loss. That said, I am reminded this morning that it’s still not GOSO yet, so that’s pretty cool.
* was at Allianz on Saturday - 3 goals to close out the second half was the most fun I’ve had at a fútbol game.

🎶 To be fair 🎶 [Ed: 🎶 To be faaiiir 🎶], since there was only on out, there probably would have been two outs and runners on 2nd and 3rd after that bad decision.
At this moment 7 of the 9 Tigers are in a line from the pitcher backing up home plate out to Grossman in right (P, C, 1B, SS, 2B, CF, RF). Sano is still probably the closest player on the field to first base! Everyone just lost their minds I think.
This is art.
One thing that is bothering me about Wolves coverage. Everyone is talking about the mistakes the Wolves have made. How about the grizzlies? This is the second best team in the NBA and they keep getting down by double digits before barely eeking out a victory. Despite a rebounding and foul advantage.
The Wolves won 23 games last year! This is arguably the best Wolves team in nearly twenty years!
Right? And they had to complain about the refs after a game so they'd get favorable calls in the next and still had to squeak one out with a 20 year old making a bad decision.
I took like 18 quarters before Ja Morant played like an superstar
My two favorite reactions to the game-ending play last night:
I've never seen both teams lose the game multiple times on one play

Apparently, the Twins have been employing a secret weapon lately.

I can't believe there was a time in my life where I would schedule days off from work so I could watch the NFL Draft.
Today, the only reason I know the Draft is coming up is because I saw a blurp on the tweets machine.
Gameday app on my phone says that the only Twin that has any numbers against Pineda is Donaldson (?!)
This is great.
