Well, it sounds like things could have been worse.

When I cleared the driveway last night I dug a big area by the front door so the dog doesn't have to navigate the deck stairs when she goes out. I also cleared off the deck and stairs and cleared a nice big area for her to do her business in the back. Now she has options, if the deck stairs are too much she can go out front and it's a lot easier on her. It's been a month now since we got her cancer diagnosis and except for a few bad days she's been doing really well. She is losing some mobility and strength in her back legs, and we think it's her right rear femur where the cancer started and has progressed the most. Not sure how much time we have left with her but we are making the most of every day.
Today's our last day on the Atlantic coast. I've definitely enjoyed Amelia Island over Hilton Head (less hectic, easier/better beach access, although fewer dining choices), and preferred touring Savannah over St. Augustine. Weather wise, the last three days have been ideal.
Tomorrow night: Chattanooga
I'll have to form a solid opinion after watching a full game, but a quick judgment from this clip I think I will like this
Minor league pitchers and batters didn't seem to have much problem with it. There'll be some griping, but I think most players will adjust fairly quickly.
I'd heard some mention that it was tougher on (some) batters than (some) pitchers.
I'm fine with it, and I'll appreciate the faster pace, but I'd rather not see the actual clock ticking down. Maybe I'll get used to it, but it makes me anxious.
That’s a good point. I agree!
The clock is not supposed to be in the TV shots for the big league parks, it’s just a spring training deal.
Today was officially my last day on the gubmint payroll.
Well, good for you!
Congrats!
Now you work for a new boss.
Congratulations big guy!
I've watched a lot of Timberwolves teams but this one may be the most frustrating. 5-8 against the bottom five teams in the league in a year that teams are tanking for the #1 pick.
Noon stop in Macon GA for lunch, and then bluetooth casting MLB radio for some Spring Training action -- Twins baseball! 😀
