At the same time, Headrick is a great last name but I think both player's names would be better if they switched first names.
It sucks that we have a snowy Sunday and the Wolves don't play until I'm ready for bed.
It’s Orthodox Easter today, which means we’ll be gathering for a large family meal late this afternoon. I ordered an 8-pound leg of lamb from the local whole animal butcher that I can’t wait to eat. Last night I made two large Detroit-style pizzas (both cheese) to feed everyone, and the Poissonnière has made double lemon cakes.
I was disappointed that her first little league practice was scheduled for meal time, but the weather came through to render the fields unplayable.
Sounds amazing. I failed miserably when I tried to make Detroit style pizza. I may need to get a dedicated pan for it because its so freekin good.
This is my go-to. I did end up buying a pan, which has ended up also working well as a roasting pan with a roasting rack I bought.
I have done (roughly) Kenji's several times, all to good effect. Once in the oven, twice on the Weber. The challenge with the Weber is not to get the bottom of the crust too overdone.
I just use a cheapo 9X13 pan.
All the state of emergency level storms in our county in California mean we get a tax extension until October. So, we haven’t done anything yet.
After further review and consultation, we're giving FUBO TV a trial run. I'm ready to kick YTTV to the curb and this is the only streaming option if we want to see Twins, Wild, Wolves on any kind of regular basis. Wish they had mentioned the $10.99 monthly regional sports fee up front, but with the service juggling I'm doing I don't end up spending any more money than I was before so it's a push.
Let me know what you think. Do we know that Bally will have the Twins all this season?
We don't, but FUBO is month to month (unless you want a little discount for paying quarterly).
I was disappointed in the stream picture quality. And the price.
Beware that if you want to cancel you have to do it before a new billing month starts. They don't give partial month refunds, although your service will continue to the end of the billing month.
Ja and Giannis all been injured in today's NBA Playoff games
going to need extra bubblewrap for KAT and ANT
May Ahmad Jamal rest with the great ones. He blended classical & jazz voicings in a recording career spanned from 1951–2019. His longevity claims influence over his contemporary Miles Davis and a mentorship of modern master Hiromi Uehara.
I hope none of you stayed up with me to watch this Wolves game. They’re just not remotely in the league of the Nuggets.
I stayed up longer than I should have trying to figure out who out there lid on their basket.
I stayed up for the whole game watching in my Twolves long sleeve under my Ant city jersey. Don't think they can steal one in Denver. Hopefully in Minneapolis? Jokic just throwing an arm bar to Ant in garbage time was fun to watch...
Taxes?! Pfft... I did those last year!
This was the first year (out of 8) that we got the business taxes done on time, so that I could file my personal taxes on time. What was the difference?? I hired a wonderful lady to enter all my invoices, deposits, etc in quickbooks on a weekly basis. In the past, I personally did it all, and always pushed it all off to last minute. Sure is nice not to have to file extensions every year.
I prefer to file an extension. I know how burned out the accountants are by April and I'd prefer fresh eyes looking it over.
Twice!
Twice? Both your taxes and the other one?!
First mailing for $$$ and amended mailing to return $ due to W2 change :/
Roster churn season is in full bloom

The Poissonnière & I always sing “…and as alllllways, ennnjooooyyy!” with Chef John when we watch his videos.
I bought a second 9x13” Lloyd pan to make sure I made enough for everyone. Double thumbs-up on the quality & results.
King Arthur has a good basic recipe that accommodates experimentation. Kenji also has his own recipe.
