So, downtown Indianapolis is lousy with rentable electric scooters these days. I've never tried, so after all my bidness was done, I decided I needed to have a go. Those things can click up a bit on the MPHs it seems. Anyway, I was having a good time cruising 'round the Soldiers' and Sailors' Monument (which has weird light displays at night now apparently).

It's great that we took two from the Yankees, but today we face Domingo German. That could be a sticky situation.
I see what you did there.
Its super early and all, but I can't express how much joy looking at the AL East standings is giving me.
AL Central is giving me some joy as well.
Oh fer sure. Something feels different this year. Like, when I turned on these games against the Yankees, I never had that feeling of inevitability I usually get.
Isn't pitching a nice equalizer?
I really hope Kenta returns to form; I like him a lot, and it'd be one more arm to carry us.
For you who live in the greatest area in the world, and might want an ebike type thing:

Or a scooter. or Segway. Whatever I'll just be hanging out at Microcenter looking at keyboards.
I've been wanting an ebike for a couple of years, I might take a shot if the model and price are right.
Ensure the breaks are top notch.
FanGraphs has an interview with Sonny Gray. Also useful if you want to read about the Yankees being wrong.
well now, color me interested!
hey, it's pretty cool seeing a Twins pitcher in the Top 5 in the MLB in Wins, ERA, and Strikeouts...and it's a different Twin in each category
I was just looking at those stats this morning. Those K's are awesome, because we have 3 in the top 12 (tied for 12th, at least).
Lilliputian clever but sigh.
Joe Ryan has won each of his first five starts this season. The last time a Twins pitcher did that was 1979. Jerry Koosman.
I can dig it.
He's good, and he's also had the run support all year (44 runs total in his 5 starts).
In case you're wondering why Castellanos homered tonight
First I’d heard about it. Tangentially, doesn’t this sound like a screaming case of conflict of interest?:
former Twins legend
I loved it when he was in the same lineup with Gift Ngoepe.
This starting outfield for the Reds (when read from left to right field) will always be my favorite baseball lineup.
Good one, indeed!
When I used to play APBA baseball on my computer, I'd put Darryl Motley on the same team as Rod Carew and bat them back to back.
