A weird thing happened in the fantasy league for me on Friday. Every pitcher that was in an active roster spot pitched. Pretty decent line too!

A couple of weeks ago I was browsing Petfinders and found this gorgeous border collie, so I filled out an application with the rescue so we could find out more about him. Yesterday we met him and brought him home. His name is Will and he was picked up in the Fargo/Moorhead area at the end of June. It took rescuers six weeks to bring him and a companion in after they were first spotted as strays. We don't know anything about his history before that, but they figure he's about a year and a half to two years old. He's housebroken and kennel trained but he needs a lot of basic training, he pulls on the leash and doesn't know basic commands yet, so we have some work to do. But it's the best kind of work. We swore we were going to wait until after Elder Daughter's wedding to get another dog, but when I saw this one I knew that wasn't going to happen.
Congrats and good luck!
Looks like a fine boi.
If you don't already have one, I cannot recommend enough this harness for walks. It took Ginger one walk to figure it out once I got one.
It looks like the weather forecast for the Twins in St Louis this week has improved. Highs in the 80s on Tuesday!
Definitely much better than last week was!
July 29, 1919. With two outs in the ninth, Detroit's Dutch Leonard intentionally unintentionally walks Boston's Braggo Roth to get to Babe Ruth, who then hits a record-tying ninth HR of the month.
I wonder how often in his career a pitcher pitched around a batter to get to Ruth.
Certainly no good pitchers
Matt Wallner's home run ball is still in the stratosphere
SEND HIM!!!
You shouldn't lose very many games where you give up two or fewer runs....
You shouldn't lose very many games where you give up two or fewer runs.... play the Royals...
This may have been the subtext the last three days.

But I hope not the next three
Yeah, mark down another QS L for the season.
Maeda was short an inning to get the QS.
I know - combined QS
🙄
Hey, I can make up meaningless stats too
