Twins not doing much at the trade deadline. Good thing?

hey hj, meant to ask you about your "high-speed" run. How'd the Siemens Charger work out for you guys?
Skosh or scoche? I've always used the latter, but have just seen 'skosh' in an email. InterW says its from the Japanese 'sukoshi' which means the same thing.
I got it from an uncle who was working in Mississauga, ON.
My vote is for the former, and my favorite dictionary agrees. Interestingly, すこし just came up recently as new vocab in my Japanese Duolingo.
Let's split the difference with "skoche"
Don't know what answer you'll get here -- we can't even agree on uff da

That's a passing grade!
By what criteria do you have LI over the basement?
(it's not)
-_-
Reading comprehension is hard, y'all
I created an account, logged in, and invited someone to lunch.
I think most of what's. out there are posing posers and their posery. (Except any of you, if you're into LI : -)
I think some people have a Bluesky invite code if you need it.
Brooks Lee was promoted to St. Paul. He batted .292/.365/.476 in Wichita.
I wonder if he will appear with the Twins in September. My guess is no, he was only drafted last year, but it would be fun to see.
I'd rather see Royce appear with the Twins in September. And as much August as possible, too.
Lee would count as part of the extra two spots that open on the roster in September. Looks like Lewis should be back around mid-August. Paddack could be back in late September.
He'd need a 40-man roster spot too. Joey Gallo, it's been nice (well for a while in May perhaps)
Gallo this season.

Jeez, I thought he had a 2-month run. I guess I meant April.
Other moves: DaShawn Keirsey, Jr. and Yunior Severino go up from Wichita to St. Paul. Willie Joe Garry, Jr. and Dalton Shuffield go up from Cedar Rapids to Wichita. Ernie Yake goes down from St. Paul to Wichita. Dallas Keuchel goes from St. Paul to Minnesota. Joe Ryan goes to the IL (groin strain).

Uh oh. Looks like Keuchel opted out and the Twins had 48 hours to release or call him up.
Correct. I was very skeptical of the signing, but he had a 1.13 ERA, a 1.25 WHIP, and 28 strikeouts in 32 innings (6 starts) in AAA. If that's not enough to convince you, then you shouldn't have signed him in the first place.

Betting Voit is on the way.
