Not happy that I had to miss most of the Wolves game last night, but if this is the result, I will gladly volunteer to miss the rest of them. Yes, I'm a hero.

The wife and I watched the first half last night at BWW with a crowd that was really into the game. We may have to do it again on Sunday.
I've checked, and it seems like there's a Wolves friendly bar in Wrigleyville. That's quite a ways away, but I keep considering going to check it out.
Back in the 90s there was a Cleveland Browns fans group that would watch their games at Whiskey Junction. I went once and had a good time, but not good enough to motivate a repeat.
When I actually cared about NFL and the Vikes, I went to a bar where the StL Minnesota Twins Fan Club met (Algonad as well once, I believe). I about had to burn my clothes when I returned home, because smoke.
Yes. Years ago.
I had agreed to sub in golf league last night, but I did get to watch the final 2.5 quarters with a bunch of my golf buddies. 2 nights ago they were all doom and gloom. I expect them to win game 7, but I would not put my life savings on it. Either way, it was great to see them bounce back after an awful week.
I didn't watch last night because the Minnesota vibes felt bad with the previous three games and the Twins playing the Yankees. Guess I was wrong and I'll have to tune in for game 7 on Sunday.
My thought was that the Twins soaked up all the bad Minnesota men's sports vibes for the week with that performance against the Yankees. Not sure if a new week starts Sunday however. I guess it depends on how well they do against the Guards.
Well it does have being the anniversary of that game 7 against the Kings, so there should be some good juju floating around.
Both Twins World Series wins went: WWLLLWW
how soon we forget WWLLLWL
and on the 13th anniversary of Harmon's death, too π
To be fair, that was not a World Series win.
To be fair, I can't read
Man, I hope Iβm doing just being alive at 91 as well as Willie Nelson can still play the guitar.
Did you hear his duet on Orville Peck's new release?
