Spent yesterday afternoon around Bemidji, Walker, and Itasca areas, and we couldn't have chosen a better day. One of the highlights was a bear loping across the highway ahead of us not far from the east edge of Bemidji.

We had that last weekend, still got half a tub of tzatziki in the fridge. But since then I'm craving saganaki, I may have to make a Hy-Vee run to get some cheese to flambé.
Grilled lamb this evening, and Aquinas made the tzatziki. It was amazing.
