I felt something crawling up my arm outside, and when I looked I was surprised to see a ladybug that was black with red spots. I don't think I've ever seen that before.

Just back from dinner in Woodburn, OR, a bit north of Salem. We ate at a small Mexican place. Great meal. MrsS had the street tacos (one chicken, one carnitas, one steak, all very large, with rice and beans). I had the Hidalgo-style barbacoa. Lamb, with a big bowl of incredible consomme, and corn tortillas. Fantastic.
