1. Black Crowes cancelled for the concert today. That was the band I wanted to see.

   Isn't it ironic?

   1. I was surprised Black Crowes weren't scheduled for tomorrow's "dude day" at the yacht club festival.

      1. I only agreed to go because there was a group going. Now our friends have COVID. Not sure why I'm going at this point.

   2. Just sparkling disappointment without Alanis Morissete.

2. CrowdStrike FTW

   1. FUBAR. Dead servers all over the place.

      1. I saw someone tweet that the guy who's responsible for this is going to get fired anyway so he might as well take out Teams for the day and leave a legend.

            1. I would contribute to the gofundme for murdering teams.

               1. We have Teams with AI now. :/

      2. So if I've been completely unaffected... what does that mean?

         1. It means you don't use the affected product, CrowdStrike. It's security software, similar to MacAfee.

   2. We use this but most of the company is off today. IT must be thrilled this won't be as bad as it could be. I'm hoping my computer doesn't have the bad update already and won't pick it up on Monday.

      1. My laptop and PC don't appear to be affected, but I use Citrix to access my VM and it keeps coming up blank.

   3. Microsoft outage but Teams and Outlook are both fine is the adult version of snow that doesn’t settle enough for a school closure.

      Growing up in Minneapolis means we had an army of snow plows. Every suburb/municipality went by on the morning news crawl except Minneapolis. Always annoying.

      1. Both the Girl and her boyfriend had "snow days" from their jobs today.
