The great Athletic writer Aaron Gleeman pointed out this week that “the Twins have followed four bad weeks by playing at a 100-win pace for four months.” We should stop thinking they’re in the muddle with everyone else and start thinking this is one of the absolute best teams in baseball.
Luis Arraez definitely still feels an affinity for Minnesota. He said pregame that the time difference in San Diego helps him watch some Twins games, and he was bringing up names of young guys on the team he was excited to see, like Festa and Zebby.
When it comes to providing descriptive words for the moon, "blue" and "super" are the absolutely most overrated.
