I've strangely always been a fan of watching tennis, even when Wimbledon was interrupting my Saturday morning cartoons. This has been a fun US Open so far and it's also a little weird to watch a major that's basically in my time zone.

Indeed. Just signed my oldest up for his permit test.
I feel like 2nd grade can be such a defining year for kids. Best to her and you.
My youngest is done with college, but is considering going for her Masters next year. My oldest is back at school to finish his last 2 years after a 4 year gap adventure. When he went to pay for classes last week, he discovered he was granted a hefty academic scholarship. So, like my daughter, we are only paying his rent during school and he comes out with some extra cash each year. He will not have to work too much to finish his degree. We have been fortunate that when it is all said and done, we have only had to contribute $600/month for 6 of the 8 years of college for the two.
