I have reset my expectations and am prepared for the Twins to miss the postseason. We may even see a fourth place finish in the division. There is no cavalry coming and we have run out of ammunition. GOSO.
The season went from "pretty fun" to "not at all fun" really fast.

I still think they make it. We're watching a team missing some star players and the entire offense underperforming. That could extend to the rest of the season, it's only three weeks, but I bet on it improving.
My hope is that they make it, for the purpose of getting even more experience for the young players. The more I look at this team, the more I feel like their actual window is just starting to open. I feel like both Lewis and Lee are just experiencing how long a season can be for the first time, and they're going to grow from this. Festa and Matthews are hopefully going to turn into Obers in the future, with this experience.
I've very quickly grown pessimistic about this season (again, I'm hopeful they can hang out, but they just look like they're out of gas), but I'm getting more optimistic about the future. You know, except for the Pohlad cheapness part of it.
It's feeling like 2022.

Barges in the port, eh? I (kinda) know a couple of riverboat / tug operators. They’ll be on the river today keeping barges and boats from free flowing in the river. Talk about a stressful work environment.
Since no one answered, perhaps the B Squad is retired? I enjoy the distraction of FF and could probably do a draft tonight, but if there’s not, no big deal.
