I’ve sat in those seats (complementary due to doc s’s friend’s better half…) and there is no excuse to vacate early. Best sushi and carved roast beef I’ve had at a ballpark.
They do that for the restaurant areas of Target Field - the Champions Club lounge, Truly on Deck, Hrbek's and Town Ball Tavern stay open for one hour after the game ends.

Ultra-expensive seats behind home plate in Dodger Stadium emptied out really fast.

Well, sitting in sitting in line for an hour trying to get out of that nasty parking lot might qualify.
Pro tip, there is a lounge behind the seats that remains open for several hours after the game.
