I discussed this in a recent CoC, but when Connections asked me if I wanted to switch to dark mode, it made me wonder about this:
When an app/website gives you a prompt with this option, what do you choose?

I use Dark Mode for almost anything if given the option.
I can't really think of anything where I opt for Light off of the top of my head.
For sure. I even have an extension that turns non-dark mode pages dark.

That's on the home computer and I'm not sure which one I use. Which one is that? I'm not fully happy with the one I'm using.
My device operates in continuous Dark Side of the Moon mode.
Personal computers stay in light mode permanently while my phone will switch to dark mode late at night.
my PC is also light mode, although I use f.lux
I forgot to include that I also use something similar to turn the display a slight reddish in the evening. Works better than the phone which suddenly enables/disables it at the correct time instead of gradually shifting.
