If it wasn't the Vikings, I was hoping the Lions would take it.
I used to like the Lions back in the Barry Sanders days. This current squad? Not so much. I think it mostly has to do with their fans. They sure talk a lot of sh!t despite really only having 5-6 moderately successful seasons in their entire existence. That being said, I suppose people really don't like Viking fans either. I will say it was an entertaining game to watch last night. That QB1 for the Commanders is a stud.
Just think, if Darnold could have hit on a few side open receivers in the end zone against Detroit, they could’ve gotten smoked at home last night by the Commanders.
Y’all are getting the actual cold, but the city that care forgot is going to have wintery mix late tomorrow through early Wednesday. People. Are. Freaking. Out. Panic buying in effect.
To be fair, the houses aren’t constructed for this kind of weather. Raised houses are ice cold when the temps are below 40. We couldn’t keep our shotgun warm below 45 degrees. Happy to be in a concrete former manufacturing facility where I’ve never had to turn on the heater.
