  1. This morning, my weight was below 190 for the first time in probably ten years or so. Okay, it was 189.8, but still. I'm counting it.

    The thing is, I really haven't been trying to lose weight; I've just been trying to get into better shape. I haven't particularly changed my diet. I do get a lot more exercise than I used to, simply because I have time for it now. I also suspect that getting more sleep and having less stress in my life has helped.

    I expect that I will bounce around the 190 mark for a while--some days above, some days below, and we'll see where it goes from there. But it was a nice thing to see this morning.

      1. If I get there, I'll let you know. For now, I'm not worried about either one. If I can continue to exercise regularly and get into better shape, I figure my weight will be whatever it's supposed to be.

    1. A group of guys I know were trying to get home from the Bongspiel in Wiarton yesterday and eventually had to just rent a car and drive back from Toronto because of this.
