It's Rick's last day of school. From his first day, we had this crotchety old guy for a bus driver. Seriously, he's like 80 something years old. However, over the year, he softened and was a very kind man. Even started ignoring the actual bus stop and came to our front door. Thanks, bus driver man.

So you had Crankshaft.
He's no Otto Mann, man.
I had "Gunner" for all but my last two years of school. Not exactly Crankshaft, but close enough
“Gunner,” not “Gunnar”?
not his real name (hence the quotes), although that would have been cool
Haha, wow, I'd forgotten all about that. If I remembered that reference, I would have used it all year. Maybe he'll be back the next?
Can I get a pinch hint for tomorrow night's game log? I'll be celebrating my brother's wedding (assuming all goes to plan...)
I don't have a particularly complicated or large roof, but I'm still pretty impressed the everything was replaced in about 4 hours.
Our crew took all day. I think they weren't fully gone until nearly 6 p.m. I recall some difficulties taking the kids to school so they must have started around 8 a.m. too.
My roof is really simple, which helped a lot. A friend of mine was just telling me he had his roof replaced a few years ago by a guy who hand nailed the whole thing by himself, which is nuts.
I wish. I mean, ours is fairly simple. But we had fake slate tiles (some sort of cement fiberboard, with drilled holes for hanger nails), so tear-off was more difficult. And the roof has a steep pitch, including a gambrel in the front.
Not to mention lots of rotted sheathing, plus a rotted and compromised structural ridge beam and rotted rafters, and failed skylights, all of which had to be repaired/replaced before new underlayment and shingles could be laid. Good times.
As I correctly guessed, the DMCA notice was fake and is part of a back link scam. I found identical text on another blog and they investigated even further to point out it's a scam. The email address did match the domain this time though. You're safe again bS.
Whew!
