I fell asleep on the couch last night, and just woke up. (It was my wife's night on baby duty and the baby slept thru the night anyways - third time in 15 days!) I may write more here later. Until then, share your random lists.

*Don’t ban me free!
If having music that a) someone else hated or b) was ultra-embarassing was grounds for dismissal, no one would be left.
/Edited to include the verb in the sentence.
And free's not half as cool as he thinks he is. 😉
Half?! I wish. When I get to be 1/2 as cool I think I am, I'm going to move to Portland and open up a bike shop that only plays Pavement demos over the low-fi speaker system while heading a Van Halen cover band called Van Halenesque.
(that said, characterizing Depoche Mode as "bonus" is an oxymoron)
Plus don't ever forget:
That shouldn't be a problem.

Somebody get nibbish in here and tell him I'm spinning the new Ramona Falls album. First listen: It's good.
Picked up Intuit based on the "I Say Fever" video he posted a few weeks back. I enjoyed the album but I wish the rest sounded more like that song.
Yeah, I think you're right in that, even looking at his songs with Menomena, that one is something of an outlier among his stuff.
I'm giving it a listen now. I'm really liking it so far.
Sorry to give you the impression that it was all like 'Fever', CoC. That one is a little different from his normal stuff, and that threw me at first, too. If you give it a chance, though, the rest of Intuit will grow on you quite a bit.
