Let's get to work! I will be back home on Wednesday afternoon. Looking forward to six good workouts at the gym and more forward progress. Until then, I'll just keep hanging in there.

  1. My back had been bothering me since last week. It was that feeling something need to pop. I'd had mc walk on it a few times to no avail. It just wouldn't give. Then today at the gym as I reached to get up from the machine I was sitting at it gave. It was that split second of "S!!! that hurt" followed by pure bliss.

    Still holding steady at 158. I really can't wait until I can afford to pig out like I did when I got up into the 170s. So much ice cream.
