Game summary:  Navojoa broke a scoreless tie with five in the third.  Mazatlan cut it to 5-4 after five, then took the lead in the eighth on a three-run homer by Chris Walker.

Mazatlan:  Walker was 3-for-5 and scored twice.  Ivan Terrazas was 3-for-3 with two runs and two RBIs.

Game summary:  Culiacan led 3-0 after three.  Los Mochis scored its only run in the ninth.

Culiacan:  Francisco Campos gave up only one hit in 6.1 shutout innings, striking out six while walking three.  John Lindsey homered and walked.

Los Mochis:  Jason Botts was 2-for-4 with a double.

Game summary:  Mexicali led 2-0 after five.  Hermosillo tied it with two in the seventh and an RBI single by Carlos Gastelum put Hermosillo ahead in the ninth.

Mexicali:  Jorge Campillo pitched five shutout innings despite allowing three hits and five walks.  Oscar Robles was 2-for-3 with a double, a walk, and an RBI.
